Job Summary
The Payroll Executive will oversee the complete lifecycle of employee compensation, from processing to disbursement, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
The role involves meticulously ensuring precise and punctual wage processing, managing statutory deductions and tax obligations, and upholding adherence to all relevant local labor and employment laws.
Core Responsibilties
Administer complete payroll operations on a monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly basis, encompassing the calculation of base pay, bonuses, overtime, and deductions.
Data Management: Verify and enter payroll data—including new hires, terminations, promotions, and leaves—into HR and payroll software.
Ensure all wage computations and tax deductions align precisely with applicable federal, state, and local regulatory standards.
Responsibilities include preparing payroll reports, reconciling payroll accounts, and supporting audit processes and variance analysis efforts.
Employee Support: Serve as the main liaison for staff regarding payroll-related concerns, including discrepancies, payment delays, and compensation questions.

Efficiently processing all Payroll transactions is a key responsibility.

Drafts credit and debit notes to accurately reflect financial adjustments, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

This role involves ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and net pay while adhering to established payroll schedules. Verification of payroll data against relevant records is a critical responsibility to maintain compliance and accuracy.
Develops and manages the generation and processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions.
Cross-verifying invoices against corresponding payments and expenditures to confirm their accuracy and consistency.
Overseeing the company’s accounts payable and receivable functions.
Responsible for generating and distributing invoices and billing statements to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all organizational expenditures to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
Investigating and correcting discrepancies in payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees is a primary responsibility. Earned a Bachelor of Science or Higher National Diploma in Accounting to establish a strong foundation in financial principles, reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
With a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in account management within a well-established organization, you will bring valuable expertise to our team.
Individuals are expected to maintain proximity to the Iota Complex, VGC Leak, Lagos.
Proactive individuals with a keen eye for detail and strong proficiency in Excel are sought after for this position.
