Role Description
This contract-based, hybrid position is based in Lagos, blending on-site collaboration with the option for remote work. The Customer Success Specialist will act as the primary liaison for clients, guaranteeing they achieve measurable value from Conclave’s services and sustain long-term satisfaction with ongoing partnerships. Key responsibilities include managing client onboarding, addressing inquiries, resolving support challenges, and conducting proactive follow-ups to track service performance and client results. The role also entails collecting feedback, assessing client requirements, and collaborating with internal departments to enhance workflows, documentation, and service delivery. Additionally, the Customer Success Specialist will play a pivotal role in client retention and growth by pinpointing upselling, cross-selling, and experience enhancement opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven ability to engage effectively with customers, demonstrating expertise in customer service, support, and satisfaction initiatives, with a commitment to cultivating enduring professional relationships.
Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at translating intricate or technical concepts into clear, easily understandable language.
Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities to evaluate client feedback, usage statistics, and service performance metrics, enabling the identification of actionable solutions and opportunities for enhancement.
Requires a demonstrated track record in customer success, account management, or client support, ideally within a technology or technology-enabled setting.
Demonstrates exceptional ability to juggle numerous accounts and competing priorities within a high-paced environment, backed by robust organizational acumen and precise time-management capabilities.
Proficiency in operating within a hybrid work arrangement based in Lagos, with consistent in-person engagement involving internal teams and external clients.
Proficient in utilizing CRM and customer success platforms, along with standard office applications such as spreadsheets and presentation tools.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a closely related field—or relevant hands-on experience—is required.
