Job Description
As a Planning Executive, your role will involve orchestrating, scheduling, and overseeing designated projects and maintenance initiatives to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to drive organizational success. Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with departmental objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and performance across all areas of responsibility. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and present actionable insights to senior management to inform data-driven decision-making. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while mentoring team members to maximize their potential and contribute to long-term growth. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all business activities.
Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in strategically planning, coordinating, and executing designated projects with precision and efficiency.
Compile and oversee material requisitions essential for the successful implementation of projects.
Develop and oversee detailed project reports, documentation, and strategic plans tailored for clients.
Deliver projects on schedule while maintaining the required quality and standards.
Collaborate with clients to ascertain and delineate project requirements, scope, and objectives for both project implementation and ongoing maintenance execution.
Conduct field project execution inspections as authorized by the Project Lead or Planning Supervisor.
Gather all required documentation pertaining to job completion for accounting record-keeping purposes.
Execute any additional duties as directed by the Project Lead or Supervisor.
All employees must rigorously comply with the organization’s occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and guidelines.
Collaborate with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Coordinator to support the examination of documented incidents, including near-misses and reported accidents.
Requirements
A minimum requirement includes either an HND or a B.Sc. Degree across any academic discipline.
A minimum of one year of practical experience in a related field is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential for candidates.
Excellent abilities in building rapport and conveying information effectively through both verbal and written channels.
Demonstrates a strong capacity for delivering tasks efficiently and maintaining meticulous organizational standards.
Proficiency in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards is considered a valuable asset.
