Medical Channel Engagement and Activities involve the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at fostering meaningful connections and driving engagement across various medical channels. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and execute programs that enhance visibility, education, and interaction with healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include identifying key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and creating tailored content to meet the needs of diverse medical audiences. Additionally, the position demands expertise in digital and traditional communication strategies to amplify reach and impact.

Develop and implement outreach strategies targeting healthcare professionals and medical institutions to secure their endorsement and foster strong advocacy, ultimately driving recommendations and acquiring new users.

Facilitate strategic interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) through individual consultations and group engagements, with the aim of advancing brand awareness and/or delivering nutrition education initiatives.

Capturing and documenting accessible, pertinent information, as well as call interactions, within the CRM platform to enhance operational efficiency and facilitate future reference in medical customer engagement.

Gather, monitor, and present territory-specific insights, sales projections, market trends, and competitive intelligence using a CRM platform aligned with medical operations.

Conduct subsequent follow-ups and coordinate with the sales team to guarantee consistent product availability.
