Job Summary
This position is a full-time hybrid role for a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer positioned in Lagos.
This position entails developing, refining, and elevating video content, with responsibilities spanning the creation of motion graphics and visual effects.
The Video Editor/Motion Graphics Designer will oversee video production, perform color grading tasks, develop animated graphic elements, and work collaboratively with the team to fulfill creative goals.
Qualifications
A Bachelor of Science degree, Higher National Diploma, or an equivalent certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film Production, Animation, or a closely related discipline is required.
2–5 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, and digital content creation, demonstrated through a robust portfolio of past projects.
Skilled in creating video content, with expertise in filming, strategic content planning, and managing production workflows.
Proven proficiency in video editing, color grading, and post-production workflows is essential for producing high-quality visual content.
Exceptional proficiency in motion graphics, animation, graphic design, and visual storytelling is required.
Must possess advanced skills in widely recognized software platforms, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
Skilled in producing video content tailored for corporate brands and digital marketing initiatives.
Proficient in analyzing creative briefs to convert conceptual ideas into compelling visual content.
A keen eye for detail, exceptional time management skills, and a consistent track record of meeting deadlines define this role.
