Requirements
Requires a minimum of five years of practical experience in building enterprise-level applications with Java.
Requires a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in Spring and Spring Boot development.
You possess a strong grasp of widely-used design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
Proficiency in design patterns tailored for distributed systems, alongside expertise in concurrent and multithreaded programming, as well as distributed transactions, is essential.
Proficiency in Java frameworks including Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, REST, XML/SOAP, and Hibernate is required.
Kafka, Rico Rendezvous, JMS, MQ, or comparable messaging platforms are required.
Proficiency in the operation and administration of Java-based web servers is required.
Proficiency in Jenkins coupled with a foundational grasp of continuous integration (CI) principles is required.
Proficiency in version control systems such as GIT (preferred) or SVN is required.
Fluent proficiency in both written and verbal English is required to facilitate seamless communication with international clients and colleagues.
Demonstrates strong adaptability in both collaborative and autonomous work environments.
An asset to the role, prior experience in a similar capacity is highly beneficial.
Proficient in data analysis techniques and data modeling methodologies is required.
Proven expertise in profiling and optimizing SQL queries is required.
Proven expertise in leveraging AWS cloud services is required.
Proven track record in Kotlin development, with hands-on experience leveraging its features and capabilities to deliver robust solutions.
Demonstrated expertise in guiding development teams or coaching fellow engineers is essential.
Proficiency in financial services, with a specific focus on Capital Markets and Securities Trading—particularly Fixed Income trading—as well as expertise in FIX protocols, is required.
Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM integration is required, with a strong background in connecting systems to the Salesforce platform.
Proven expertise in identity management systems and solutions is required.
Proficiency in AI is preferable, though a strong enthusiasm and readiness to engage with AI technologies are essential requirements for this role.
