Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
Demonstrates a minimum of six to eight years of progressive human resources experience, encompassing diverse functional areas.
Demonstrated expertise in performance management, HR operations, and employee relations is essential.
Proficiency in managing HR data, generating insightful reports, and utilizing advanced Excel functions is required.
Proficient understanding of Nigerian labor legislation and adherence to HR regulatory standards is required.
Proficiency in the CPM certification or active membership is considered beneficial.
Proficient communication abilities, both written and verbal, are essential for this role, along with a demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments are highly valued, as is a keen attention to detail. Prior experience in a similar position, particularly within [industry/sector, if applicable], is preferred, and familiarity with [specific tools, software, or methodologies] is advantageous.
