Job Summary

We require an experienced and committed Hotel Operations Supervisor to manage the hotel’s daily functions and uphold high standards of guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will oversee front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security teams to uphold exceptional operational standards, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive efficient hotel performance.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive set of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to drive project success and innovation. Analyze data, evaluate outcomes, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making and resource allocation. Manage stakeholder relationships, maintaining clear communication and alignment with business goals. Drive revenue growth initiatives and contribute to the attainment of occupancy and service objectives for the hotel.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), Ordinary National Diploma (OND), or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

Requires prior experience within hotel operations, hospitality supervision, or a comparable position.

Proven ability to lead, communicate effectively, and collaborate seamlessly with teams and stakeholders.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in analyzing issues and making informed, strategic choices.
