Responsibilities
Proactively expand market share and revenue for Cor mart’s Hygiene and hospitality product lines across the Korea sector.
Craft and execute strategic initiatives aimed at acquiring new customers and expanding business opportunities.
Develop, oversee, and grow a robust customer network encompassing hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering establishments.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue budgets consistently across all designated regions.
Maintain proactive communication with clients to finalize purchase orders and guarantee the timely completion of orders.
Proactively oversee and verify the punctual arrival of all procured materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
To ensure seamless execution, align marketing and sales initiatives across various regions.
To foster ongoing connections with customers, consistently assess their requirements and cultivate relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate product sampling requests while delivering essential technical assistance to customers.
Promptly collect payments in accordance with the established payment terms to uphold financial obligations.
Deliver consistent market intelligence, encompassing competitive actions, pricing patterns, and customer perspectives.
Provide expert technical assistance and comprehensive product education to customers, ensuring proper utilization and enhancing overall satisfaction.
Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain flawless service delivery and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of professional experience in a related industry. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Java and Python, is required, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. The ideal applicant will have experience with database management systems and cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies is highly desirable.
A minimum of five to eight years of professional experience is required, along with a bachelor’s degree.
