Oversee the planning, development, and execution of strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timely project delivery. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions where necessary. Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous professional growth. Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, supporting their development and ensuring high standards of performance are met.
Responsible for managing the strategic planning, implementation, and successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns spanning social media, paid media, content creation, influencer partnerships, experiential activations, and production initiatives.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across strategy, creative, media, production, and digital departments to guarantee timely project execution while maintaining adherence to budgetary constraints.
Act as the primary liaison for designated clients, fostering enduring, high-value partnerships through consistent engagement and communication.
To deliver insightful guidance, analyze clients’ business objectives, marketing strategies, and brand positioning, enabling the formulation of tailored strategic recommendations.
Evaluate potential avenues to enhance current accounts by offering additional agency services through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Assist in crafting compelling pitches, drafting detailed proposals, and organizing impactful presentations to engage prospective clients effectively.
Oversee the financial aspects of assigned accounts, including budget management, invoicing procedures, and overall profitability assessment.
Compile comprehensive campaign reports, conduct thorough performance analyses, and perform detailed post-campaign evaluations.
Maintain the commercial viability of projects while adhering to approved financial allocations.
Oversee payment schedules and assist with account reconciliation efforts as required.
Provide guidance and assistance to junior account executives and account managers to foster their professional development and ensure their success within the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of five to seven years of professional experience in digital marketing, advertising, or integrated communications within an agency setting is required.
Demonstrates a robust knowledge of digital marketing principles and proficient campaign management skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong presentation and leadership competencies, are essential for this role.
Able to successfully oversee several projects and clients concurrently while maintaining high standards of organization and efficiency.
Commercial acumen and aptitude for resolving challenges are essential for this role.
