With our ongoing expansion into digital marketing, we seek a seasoned and strategic Senior Account Manager to enhance our team by spearheading client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and fostering cross-functional collaboration across dynamic digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. Duties encompass overseeing project timelines, allocating resources efficiently, and monitoring progress to achieve key milestones. Additionally, the role involves conducting risk assessments, identifying potential challenges, and proposing mitigation strategies to safeguard operations. Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, reporting on performance metrics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Responsible for directing the strategic planning, implementation, and successful delivery of comprehensive digital marketing initiatives spanning social media, paid advertising, content creation, influencer collaborations, experiential activations, and production projects.

Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as strategy, creative, media, production, and digital to guarantee timely project delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

Act as the primary liaison for designated clients, fostering robust, enduring partnerships through consistent engagement and support.

To develop strategic recommendations, analyze clients’ business goals, marketing objectives, and brand positioning thoroughly.

Analyze existing accounts to uncover potential avenues for expanding business by offering additional services and enhancing current offerings.

Assist in crafting compelling pitches, drafting detailed proposals, and organizing polished presentations tailored to prospective clients.

Oversee the financial management of designated accounts, including budget administration, invoicing procedures, and profit optimization.

Compile comprehensive campaign reports, conduct thorough performance analyses, and execute detailed post-campaign evaluations to assess effectiveness and derive actionable insights.

Maintain ongoing assurance that projects continue to be financially sustainable and strictly adhere to the approved budgetary allocations.

Oversee payment schedules and assist in reconciling accounts as needed.

Provide guidance and assistance to junior account executives and account managers to foster their professional development.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or integrated communications agency environment.

Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies and campaign oversight, including comprehensive knowledge of execution and optimization techniques, is essential.

Effective communication, strong presentation abilities, and demonstrated leadership qualities are essential for this position.

Demonstrates a strong capacity to oversee several projects and clients concurrently, ensuring efficient coordination and delivery of results.

Commercial insight and adept problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
