The individual will stay informed about current industry developments and evaluate the quality of ingredients.
Maintaining a clean and well-organized kitchen environment is essential.
Monitoring inventory levels in the kitchen, placing orders, and conducting regular counts of ingredients to guarantee the kitchen remains fully equipped with essential supplies are key responsibilities.
With the team, he/she designs and expertly presents dishes, ensuring meticulous planning and exceptional execution.
Adequate preparation of the workstation, ensuring all necessary cooking equipment is organized and readily available.
Responsible for managing the consistent flow of dish preparation and developing new menu items to enhance our culinary offerings.
Proficient in preparing both continental and local cuisine, with strong expertise in pastry, barbecue techniques, butchery, and related culinary preparations.
