About the Role
The Senior Associate will report directly to the Impact Manager overseeing Data, Systems, and Reporting, with a key responsibility for actively implementing and sustaining the technology solutions that form the foundation of the program and the MEL framework.
This role encompasses overseeing data collection and management infrastructure, generating regular reports and interactive dashboards, and enhancing data capabilities for partners and team members throughout the region.

Play a pivotal role in enhancing quarterly reporting frameworks and generate recurring reports and interactive dashboards that track essential metrics and key performance indicators—such as financial KPIs—for diverse stakeholders.
Conduct comprehensive data analysis to facilitate insight generation, collaborating closely with the Impact Manager responsible for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL).

Program Data Management involves overseeing the collection, storage, analysis, and reporting of data to support program operations and decision-making.
