Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated CRM Officer (Lead Closer) who excels at driving results to effectively oversee and convert qualified leads into closed property sales.

The successful candidate will engage prospects, nurture client relationships, respond to inquiries promptly, and optimize conversion rates by leveraging the Company’s CRM system effectively.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties encompassing the planning, coordination, and management of projects to ensure timely and efficient completion. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to align objectives and resolve operational challenges. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and overall performance. Monitor progress through established metrics, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Serve as a liaison between departments to streamline communication and optimize workflows.

Oversee and ensure timely follow-through on leads sourced from diverse marketing initiatives.

Proactively connect with potential clients and skillfully lead them through the entire sales journey.

Accurately maintain and promptly update client interaction records within the CRM system to ensure data integrity and current information availability.

Responsibilities include organizing and managing property inspections as well as client meetings with precision and efficiency.

Develop and sustain connections with prospects by maintaining regular engagement and fostering strong professional relationships.

Transform qualified leads into revenue and consistently meet or exceed assigned sales objectives.

Compile and file regular sales and lead conversion reports in a timely manner.

Work jointly with the Sales and Marketing teams to enhance lead generation and conversion strategies.

Handle client inquiries, furnishing details about available properties and potential investment opportunities.

Deliver outstanding customer experiences at every stage of the sales process.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree is required for this position.

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management, or lead conversion is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the real estate sector.

Demonstrates a consistent ability to achieve or surpass established sales goals.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, negotiate with confidence, and persuasively influence stakeholders.

Demonstrated expertise in CRM software platforms and the Microsoft Office suite is required.

We seek candidates with exceptional abilities in customer service and relationship management.

Demonstrates strong proficiency in both autonomous work and collaborative team environments.
