Oversee on-site activities each day while guaranteeing alignment with approved project plans and technical requirements.
Conduct thorough assessments of the MEP system installation progress, evaluate design modifications, and analyze variation requests throughout the construction phase.
Perform regular site evaluations to verify adherence to established designs, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
Monitor system performance, verify installation quality, and ensure compliance with sustainability requirements.
Analyze MEP systems to detect deviations or potential risks, then document findings and propose appropriate corrective measures to mitigate issues.
Play a key role in conducting commissioning reviews and post-construction evaluations of building services systems.
Job Requirement:
A strong proficiency in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems is essential.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering is required.
A minimum of five years of professional experience in MEP design, engineering, or construction supervision, specifically within the housing or real estate industry, is required.
Experienced in evaluating and assessing MEP systems for residential or mixed-use developments.
Possesses a background in engaging with Technical and Commercial Due Diligence (TCDD) assessments.
Proficiency in sustainable design methodologies and green building certification systems, including but not limited to IFC EDGE, LEED, or comparable frameworks, is required.
Proficiency in local building codes, engineering standards, and regulatory approval processes is essential.
Demonstrated expertise in engineering design and analysis software platforms, including AutoCAD and Refit MEP, is essential.
Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking, reporting capabilities, and stakeholder engagement is essential.
