Candidates must meet the following qualifications: a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, at least three years of hands-on experience in project management, proficiency in industry-standard software tools, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and a proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues are essential. Preferred candidates will also possess a master’s degree or relevant certification, as well as experience in agile methodologies and budget management.
A valid NRN, NRM, or an equivalent certification, properly registered with Nigeria’s Nursing and Midwifery Council, is required.
A background in anesthesia, pediatrics, accident and emergency (A&E), preoperative care, ophthalmology, psychiatry, intensive care (ICU), nephrology, ophthalmic medicine, dental, anesthetic, emergency, ENT, and orthopedics will be considered advantageous.
A Bachelor of Nursing degree will be considered a beneficial qualification.
A background in a tertiary institution will be considered beneficial.
The candidate must submit three referee reports, with a minimum of one report from their previous Nursing School.
