The position requires a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional weekend availability as needed.

About the Role

This position serves a dual purpose, merging client relationship oversight with strategic business development. You will oversee and facilitate cryogenic transport logistics and fertility concierge services for clients spanning Nigeria and international markets, in addition to contributing significantly to business expansion by prospecting and establishing new partnerships and client accounts.

Oversee and execute a wide range of duties essential to the role, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to organizational standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Maintain meticulous documentation, track progress, and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for innovation, cost reduction, and process optimization while upholding compliance with policies and regulations. Serve as a key liaison between departments, fostering open communication and teamwork to achieve collective goals.

Coordinate and facilitate cryogenic shipments domestically and internationally while ensuring seamless concierge service delivery.

Act as the main liaison for current clients, maintaining outstanding service standards throughout their engagement.

Proactively identify, engage, and secure new partnerships with clinics, referral networks, and individual clients, ensuring seamless onboarding processes to establish mutually beneficial collaborations.

Facilitate the expansion of CML’s market footprint across Nigeria and international markets.

Maintain precise documentation while ensuring seamless communication among internal teams and external partners.

Traverse the country and globe, as necessary, to engage with clients and partners.

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team, the ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning are also required. Additionally, familiarity with project management methodologies and regulatory compliance standards is preferred.

A relevant bachelor’s degree is required, with preference given to candidates holding a degree in the healthcare field.

Possesses 1 to 3 years of professional experience in client-facing environments, sales-driven positions, or coordination-focused roles.

Able to travel domestically and internationally on short notice with both willingness and capability.

Reliable, high-speed internet connectivity is essential to perform duties efficiently, whether working on-site or from a remote location.

Skilled in communicating effectively, building strong interpersonal relationships, and maintaining meticulous organizational abilities.

A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, combined with a strong dedication to providing outstanding service, is essential.

A background in healthcare, medicine, or the fertility field provides a significant advantage.
