Key duties encompass overseeing project timelines, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives efficiently.
Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of the company’s entire portfolio of products and services is essential.
Identifying and securing new projects and clients involves actively pursuing business opportunities, nurturing key relationships with influential decision-makers, and successfully negotiating agreements to grow our client portfolio.
Serving as the company’s market intelligence function, you will monitor industry developments, client pain points, and competitor actions to identify key opportunities and threats.
Deliver strategic analysis and actionable intelligence to engineering and R&D teams to sustain the competitiveness of our product portfolio.
Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to foster revenue growth.
Craft and present engaging sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to prospective clients.
Responsible for finalizing agreements and securing transactions while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and financial objectives.
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and maintaining the company’s financial stability, directly supporting its long-term sustainability and expansion.
To cultivate strong, lasting connections with current clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and retention.
Engaging in networking events to identify and establish connections with potential clients.
Crafting and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
Skilled in recognizing market trends and effectively communicating the advantages of technical solutions to drive business outcomes.
Bid and Tender Management: Responsible for compiling bid documentation and representing the company at tender or bid meetings.
Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives aimed at meeting predetermined revenue objectives.
Proactively uncover and pursue fresh business prospects while simultaneously nurturing and strengthening connections with current clients.
Partner with engineering and development teams to draft proposals and oversee seamless project implementation from initiation to completion.
Serve as the company’s official representative at industry events and trade shows when necessary.
Drive the sales team to achieve peak performance through effective leadership, training, and motivation.
Work collaboratively with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Service departments to establish and maintain strong, cohesive working relationships.
