Omni Fresh is broadening its decentralized cold-storage infrastructure throughout Lagos and seeks a Business Development Manager to enhance occupancy rates within our chilled and frozen storage facilities.
What you’ll do
We are responsible for sourcing and establishing partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, and importers to expand our supply chain network. This involves actively identifying potential partners and facilitating their seamless integration into our operations.
We are seeking to establish durable, extended-term agreements for the leasing of pallet storage facilities. This initiative aims to ensure consistent and reliable storage solutions while fostering mutually beneficial partnerships with reliable storage providers. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in managing logistics or warehouse operations, with a strong emphasis on maintaining high availability and operational efficiency. Proficiency in contract negotiation, inventory management, and compliance with storage regulations will be essential to the success of this role.
Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth and business expansion.
Translate data-driven market insights into actionable strategies that drive revenue growth and capture new business opportunities.
Facilitate the widespread adoption of Omni Fresh’s innovative cold-storage solutions across target markets.
What we’re looking for:
Accomplished professionals with a track record in business-to-business sales or strategic business development are encouraged to apply.
Proven expertise in commercial strategy and negotiation tactics is essential, with a demonstrated ability to secure favorable terms and drive value in business agreements.
With a proven track record in fast-moving consumer goods, logistics, supply chain management, or closely related sectors, candidates will bring valuable hands-on experience to this role. Familiarity with the operational demands of these industries, including process optimization, inventory management, and end-to-end distribution, is essential for success in this position.
Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and skilled in leveraging data analytics to inform strategic business decisions.
Results-oriented professional with a proven history of consistently exceeding sales targets and successfully finalizing agreements, demonstrating a strong commitment to driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
