Omni Fresh is expanding its decentralized cold-storage network throughout Lagos and seeks a Business Development Manager to enhance the occupancy rates of our chilled and frozen storage facilities.
What you’ll do
Responsibilities include identifying and establishing partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, and importers, as well as facilitating their seamless onboarding process.
Obtain extended agreements for pallet storage arrangements to ensure sustained occupancy and availability of storage space.
Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline to drive consistent revenue growth and maximize business opportunities.
Translate market intelligence into actionable revenue-generating strategies through strategic analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Facilitate the widespread adoption of Omni Fresh’s innovative cold-storage solutions.
What we’re looking for:
Seasoned professionals with a track record of success in B2B sales or business development are encouraged to apply.
Proven expertise in commercial strategy and negotiation, coupled with the ability to secure favorable terms and drive profitable outcomes, is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record of effectively managing complex deals and fostering mutually beneficial agreements with stakeholders.
Professionals with a proven track record in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), logistics, supply chain management, or relevant sectors are strongly encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in customer relationship management systems and the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions are essential for this role.
Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets through a results-oriented approach. Demonstrates a strong history of successfully finalizing and securing deals.
