A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a closely related field is required.
Demonstrates a minimum of five to ten years of management experience, preferably within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
Possesses strong sales capabilities with a proven track record of effectively engaging customers and closing deals. Demonstrates the ability to identify client needs, articulate product benefits persuasively, and maintain a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets. Exhibits confidence, resilience, and excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships and drive revenue growth.
