What You’ll Be Doing

As a Brand Designer, you will play a key role in defining Hugo’s presence across digital, physical, and internal channels. Your contributions will span brand development, marketing campaigns, employer branding, event materials, and sales initiatives, ensuring the delivery of polished, conceptually strong creative that aligns with the company’s dynamic identity.

We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand & Marketing Design professional to elevate our visual identity and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in brand design, marketing collateral, and digital assets, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential, along with a deep understanding of brand guidelines, typography, and color theory. Responsibilities include developing cohesive brand identities, designing marketing materials (print and digital), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all channels. Campaign & Content Support is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, creating compelling content across various platforms, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize engagement and conversion rates. The role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with brand goals. Key responsibilities include designing marketing materials, managing social media presence, conducting market research, and reporting on key performance indicators to inform future strategies. Ideal candidates will have a background in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with experience in copywriting, graphic design, or digital advertising.

Partner with marketing, communications, people operations, and revenue teams to execute campaigns and product launches.

Provide assistance in enhancing event branding efforts and facilitating the creative production process for conferences, activations, and partnership initiatives.

Collaborate on the development of innovative concepts for employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives.
