Role Description
You will report directly to the Head of Architecture & Design (Hoad). Strong problem-solving abilities, independent judgment, creative thinking, and the capacity to operate effectively under pressure are critical for success in this role. Attendance at weekly Command Centre Meetings and involvement in policy development aligned with the Safritecture Business Model are contingent upon invitation.
The (Mad)CC oversees the enhancement and efficiency of Safritecture’s operations, providing strategic direction to maximize performance while fostering staff development initiatives.
Additionally, you will design strategies for operational enhancement, advise senior management on business decisions, and ensure adherence to all tax regulations and requirements.
This role involves executing the organization’s strategic initiatives, developing policies, contributing to budget formulation, and conducting human performance evaluations. Essentially, it demands a proactive stance rather than a reactive one.
