Job Summary

We seek driven sales professionals with strong interpersonal abilities to proactively identify and engage potential customers across our Asoka (Saba), Ajax, Bute-Metta, and Asama (Trade fair) outlets.

Job Description

Presenting and promoting the company’s products and services with compelling sales pitches to both current and potential customers is essential to driving business growth and fostering lasting client relationships.

Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit and needs assessments for both current and prospective clients to ensure their requirements are fully addressed.

Build and sustain strong, mutually beneficial business and customer relationships through consistent engagement and proactive communication. Foster connections that enhance collaboration, trust, and long-term partnerships while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty remain top priorities.

Contact potential customers via phone, email, social media platforms, and in-person visits to generate new business opportunities.

Deliver prompt and effective solutions to customer inquiries and grievances to ensure optimal satisfaction levels.

Expeditiously meet predetermined sales objectives and desired outcomes within established timeframes.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues and various departments to synchronize sales initiatives.

Conduct comprehensive market potential assessments, diligently monitor sales performance, and prepare detailed status reports for designated catchment areas.

Supply management with comprehensive reports detailing customer requirements, concerns, preferences, competitive movements, and opportunities for new product and service developments.

Proficient in identifying and applying industry-leading strategies and emerging promotional methodologies is required.

Continuously enhance performance by actively incorporating constructive feedback to drive ongoing development and refinement of skills and processes.

Proficiency in sales, along with a comprehensive grasp of sales methodologies and market dynamics, would be highly advantageous.
