Responsible for executing a range of duties to ensure operational efficiency and team productivity. Duties include managing projects, coordinating tasks, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, streamline processes, and foster a collaborative work environment. Maintain accurate records, track progress, and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in relevant software tools is essential, and prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Devising and implementing strategic sales initiatives for heavy-duty trucks is a key responsibility. Meeting and exceeding predetermined sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis is essential to success in this role.

Facilitate high-volume transactions and fleet purchases for corporate clients and government entities.

Develop and finalize significant agreements, such as credit and lease contracts, through strategic structuring and negotiation.

Proactively source and onboard new clients across haulage, logistics, construction, FMCG distribution, and oil & gas industries.

Cultivate enduring partnerships with fleet owners and critical stakeholders who influence key decisions.

Provide clients with tailored guidance on truck specifications, including load capacity, terrain adaptability, fuel efficiency, axle configuration, and related factors. Collaborate effectively with technical teams to develop and recommend optimal configurations and customization solutions.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field is required.

Requires a minimum of five to seven years of hands-on experience in the sale of heavy-duty trucks or in the business-to-business automotive sector.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and fleet management systems.

Proven expertise in negotiation and securing high-value agreements, coupled with exceptional analytical and reporting capabilities.
