To deliver the agreed-upon business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the assigned territory, including sell-in targets, sell-out performance, focus category growth, new product development (NPD) listings, and promotional execution.

Drive the sales team’s performance in the designated territory by meeting key operational goals encompassing distribution coverage, brand visibility, pricing strategies, and promotional execution.

Overseeing territories capable of generating a minimum annual revenue of $1 billion presents the primary focus of this role. This position requires strategic management and proactive development of high-potential areas to ensure sustained growth and profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, driving sales initiatives, and maintaining strong client relationships to meet or exceed revenue targets. Strong leadership skills and a results-driven mindset are essential to maximize the potential of these territories and deliver exceptional business outcomes.

Plan to achieve agreed sales targets for both customers and territories, focusing on NIV and Category, with consistent growth month-over-month and year-over-year.

Evaluate distributors’ performance in comparison to established KPIs to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with the Zone Manager to devise and implement Joint Business Plans for customers within the designated territory.
