Job Summary
We are looking for highly driven and energetic NYC Corps Members to fill Sales Representative positions within our dynamic Sales and Marketing team.
The ideal candidates will spearhead the promotion and marketing initiatives of our company’s products, actively generate quality leads, and bolster overall sales growth.
Oversee a range of critical tasks to ensure operational efficiency and team productivity, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, monitoring progress against benchmarks, and facilitating communication between departments. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance performance, address challenges proactively, and align activities with organizational goals. Collaborate with leadership to define priorities, allocate resources effectively, and drive continuous improvement across key business functions.
Proactively engage with potential clients to effectively market and promote the company’s offerings, ensuring broad visibility and customer acquisition.
Develop and pursue new business prospects by actively engaging with potential clients to cultivate sales opportunities.
Educate customers about the features, benefits, and pricing of the products, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of their options.
Foster strong customer relationships to promote ongoing patronage and loyalty.
Consistently meet or surpass designated sales targets and performance benchmarks as assigned.
Analyze and evaluate customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Diligently document and communicate daily sales activities with precision and thoroughness.
Seeking a highly motivated professional with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology or engineering sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, along with excellent communication and teamwork capabilities, is essential. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is required. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines is critical.
You must currently be serving as an NYC Corps Member.
