The successful candidate will spearhead the sale of luxury properties, foster enduring client connections, and successfully transition high-value prospects into committed buyers.
The position seeks a commercially oriented sales expert with a demonstrated track record of successfully selling high-end residential developments, luxury properties, and pre-construction projects in Abuja’s real estate sector.
You will be responsible for spearheading property sales initiatives, enhancing market visibility, and fostering business expansion by effectively acquiring and converting high-net-worth clients.
Oversee a range of critical duties, including managing daily operations, leading project teams, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive organizational growth. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align departmental objectives with broader company goals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and present actionable insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making. Serve as a primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, resolving escalated issues and facilitating seamless communication across departments. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and legal requirements while maintaining a focus on sustainability and ethical business practices.
Spearhead the expansion of luxury residential property sales and real estate investment opportunities across Abuja and its neighboring regions.
Develop and nurture high-value leads by leveraging networking initiatives, referral programs, targeted prospecting efforts, and strategic relationship management.
Perform thorough property evaluations, undertake on-site assessments, and deliver high-level presentations to executive clients.
Develop and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with affluent individuals, investors, and key corporate stakeholders to drive sustained engagement and growth opportunities.
Devise and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at consistently meeting and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
We are responsible for marketing both ready-to-occupy luxury properties and upcoming developments to potential purchasers.
Oversee the full spectrum of the sales process, from identifying and cultivating potential leads to successfully finalizing agreements.
Engage in strategic discussions with potential clients to finalize pricing structures, flexible payment arrangements, and comprehensive contractual terms.
Partner with marketing teams to facilitate campaigns, property launches, and promotional initiatives.
Analyze market trends, assess competitor activities, and identify emerging opportunities within the Abu Dhabi luxury property sector.
Maintain precise documentation of sales activities, including comprehensive records of transactions, detailed pipeline reports, and thorough documentation of client interactions.
Demonstrate the company’s professionalism by representing it at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
We seek candidates with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales and marketing.
Residency in Abu Dhabi is mandatory at the time of application.
With a track record of successfully selling luxury residential properties valued at $100 million or more, the ideal candidate will bring demonstrated expertise in high-end real estate transactions.
Achieved consistent success in selling both ready-built properties and pre-construction developments.
Proficiency in the Abu Dhabi luxury real estate sector is essential.
Demonstrated success in consistently surpassing established sales objectives and goals.
With a proven track record of cultivating relationships with affluent clients and real estate investors, the ideal candidate will bring expertise in engaging high-net-worth individuals to deliver tailored financial solutions and strategic investment opportunities.
