Oversee and administer Renaissance helicopter contracts, ensuring alignment with the Company’s established competencies and operational needs.
Manage helicopter operations by ensuring efficient resource utilization and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Deliver prompt support for emergency medical evacuation and evacuation operations as needed.
Ensure that helipads, helidecks, and other aviation facilities are inspected in compliance with national regulations and IGP 697 standards.
Collaborate with subject-matter experts (SMEs) in remotely piloted aircraft systems (PAS) and relevant stakeholders to ensure PAS operations adhere to NCAA regulations while upholding the IGP 696 standard.
Conduct regular assessments of PAS operators’ performance to ensure adherence to established protocols and operational standards.
Deliver technical assistance to PAS providers by integrating drones into helicopter, pipeline/security surveillance, and identification systems, while identifying optimization opportunities within their deployed tools and equipment to maximize value for Renaissance.
Support audit initiatives concerning aviation contractors, heliports, helipads, and helidecks, and facilitate asset owners in resolving audit-related actions.
Offer guidance and assistance throughout aviation incident investigations and remedial action initiatives.
Collaborate with key industry stakeholders to address safety protocols, technical specifications, and audit-related concerns.
Maintain detailed documentation of aviation audits, recommendations, incidents, findings, corrective actions, and deviations using the company’s designated tools.
Offer technical aviation expertise to support the development of new projects as well as the enhancement of existing facilities.
Convene quarterly meetings to review the company’s air services contract, and annually conduct business performance reviews (BPRs) to assess contract outcomes.
Ensure monthly adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Chargeback Transaction Rates (CTR), and cross-charge processes with accuracy and consistency.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Prior experience in software development, particularly in Agile or Scrum environments, is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are required. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git is a must. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effectively interacting with stakeholders and team members.
Qualified candidates must hold either an active or past Air Transport Pilot’s License (Helicopters) with an Instrument Rating, supported by a minimum of a decade of commercial aviation experience. Alternatively, applicants may possess a current or prior Approved Maintenance Certificate under Part 66, specifically B1 or B2 categories, along with at least ten years of hands-on aircraft maintenance expertise. Another acceptable pathway includes serving as a Safety or Quality Manager, provided they have accumulated a minimum of ten years in the aviation sector.
A track record of serving in roles such as training captain, flight safety officer, management pilot, chief engineer, S&Q manager, or air accident investigator is required.
Skilled in negotiating and administering contracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with organizational requirements.
Demonstrated expertise in aviation advisory roles or auditing is required.
