Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CIA, CRMA, CISA, ACCA, ICAN, CFE, ISO 31000, or other relevant compliance certifications.
7–10 years of progressive experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, Governance, or Internal Controls.
Minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial services, or project-based organizations is an added advantage.
