A dedicated Retail Runner is required to assist the retail team in maintaining seamless store operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Transfer merchandise from storage to the retail floor, ensuring efficient handling and placement to meet customer accessibility and store presentation standards.

Address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via designated sales associates.

Facilitate seamless interaction between customers and the sales team to ensure inquiries, feedback, and orders are efficiently managed and resolved.

Ensure adherence to established store safety protocols and operational guidelines at all times. Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies to uphold a secure and efficient working environment.

Promptly escalate any safety concerns or incidents to senior leadership for immediate review and resolution.

Provide assistance with various general store operations and support functions to ensure efficient daily functioning of the retail environment.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field, along with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. A strong background in project management, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are essential. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and a commitment to continuous professional development are also required. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.

Minimum of five (5) credits in SSC/GCE O’Level/NECK, including Mathematics and English Language, obtained in not more than two sittings, is required.

Preferred candidates will have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in either a retail or customer support capacity.
