This position is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Bookstore Assistant based in Gand Albas.

The Bookstore Assistant will support daily store operations, aid customers in locating and purchasing books, manage inventory levels, and ensure a tidy and well-organized retail environment. Duties also encompass processing transactions through the point-of-sale system, replenishing stock on shelves, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Additionally, this position entails enhancing the store’s visual appeal and creating an inviting environment to ensure a positive customer experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with experience with databases like SQL or NoSQL. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment are necessary. Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also required.
