Ensure that all business segments within the branch align their CABAL with the established budget projections to maintain financial consistency.

Accurately record and recognize all sources of income to ensure compliance with financial standards and reporting requirements.

Expand the branch’s deposit portfolio, prioritizing the acquisition of low-cost funds, collections, value-chain transactions, and channel diversification across all business segments.

Attain predetermined cost-income ratio benchmarks established for business operations.

Verify that credit approval memoranda (CAM) comply with the bank’s established credit policy standards and that loan accounts remain within the approved authorization limits at all times.

Perform systematic evaluations of business performance and profitability on an ongoing basis.

Monitor and maintain Non-Performing Loan (NPL) and Past Due Obligation (PDO) ratios strictly within the established budgetary constraints.

Achieve specific sales targets, performance benchmarks, and customer satisfaction metrics by efficiently allocating and utilizing available resources.
