Holders of a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy are required for this position.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a field directly relevant to this role, obtained following the completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYC) program.
Licensed Pharmacist with an active Pharmacist Control Number (PCN) required.
Possesses in-depth expertise in NAFDAC regulations alongside proficiency in Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations. Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless collaboration, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency. Monitor project milestones, track progress, and mitigate risks to maintain adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints. Conduct thorough performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to foster professional growth and team development. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout all operational activities.
Oversee the entirety of NAFDAC product registration processes and facility licensing procedures.
Verify compliance with all applicable regulatory standards and uphold stringent quality assurance protocols.
Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities to ensure seamless communication and compliance.
