Position Summary
The Territory Managers will cultivate and oversee strategic partnerships, driving Lumps’ business expansion within their designated region. They will be tasked with developing and maintaining key alliances to enhance market presence and accelerate revenue growth in assigned territories.
The position seeks a high-performing individual with a proven track record in renewable energy, microfinance banking, telecommunication, or FMCG markets, equipped with exceptional relationship management capabilities and a talent for cultivating collaborative business ventures with key stakeholders.
Oversee a comprehensive range of core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance evaluation to ensure organizational alignment and efficiency. Lead cross-functional teams to drive project milestones, fostering collaboration and accountability across departments. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, mitigate risks, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data trends, and generate actionable insights to optimize workflows and resource allocation. Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership and operational staff, translating strategic objectives into executable tasks while ensuring clear communication and alignment at all levels.

Educate customers regarding product features, advantages, proper usage, and available payment options to enhance both customer experience and sales conversion rates.
Develop and implement strategic territory sales plans, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives to expand market presence and enhance brand recognition.
Monitor competitor actions, customer evaluations, and evolving market dynamics across designated regions, then deliver strategic insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
Monitor sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring alignment with established KPIs, and prepare precise field reports for submission.
Partner with cross-functional teams—such as sales operations, customer service, and marketing—to facilitate smooth customer support and service delivery.
Participate in routine sales meetings and ongoing training programs to enhance product understanding, sales proficiency, and on-the-field execution.
Conduct on-site customer visits and perform validation checks to verify installations, ensure product usage, and confirm the authenticity of completed sales transactions.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA certification preferred. Minimum of five years’ progressive experience in financial reporting, audit coordination, and compliance within a corporate setting. Proficiency in GAAP, IFRS, and advanced Excel skills essential; ERP system familiarity strongly desired. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities to liaise with stakeholders and ensure regulatory adherence. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and driving process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
A minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree is required.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in partner development, business development, or channel management, preferably within the solar, renewable energy, microfinance banking, telecommunication, or FMCG sectors.
Experienced with solar photovoltaic (PV) technology and well-versed in renewable energy financing methodologies.
Established a strong history of cultivating collaborative relationships that yield quantifiable business outcomes.
Proven ability to convey ideas clearly, negotiate effectively, and deliver compelling presentations.
Demonstrates exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a forward-thinking strategic approach.
Capable of autonomous work, adept at prioritization, and skilled in concurrently managing multiple projects.
Demonstrates flexibility and availability for travel as needed to facilitate partner engagement and business development initiatives.
