Job Purpose

To accelerate revenue growth, expand market reach, and enhance distributor performance across the North region, this role involves leading the regional sales team, cultivating strategic channel partnerships, and implementing the company’s sales strategy for mobile phone accessories.

Responsibilities

Formulate and implement regional sales strategies that are in harmony with overarching national objectives.

Set, pursue, and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and distribution targets with precision and consistency.

Enhance market penetration and elevate brand recognition for mobile phone accessory offerings.

Cultivate and expand strategic partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and high-value retail accounts to drive mutual growth and market penetration.

We seek a results-driven professional to identify and secure new distributors and high-potential retail outlets, ensuring strategic expansion and market penetration. This role involves cultivating partnerships with top-tier distributors and key retail channels to drive growth and enhance distribution networks.

Maintain sufficient stock levels and promote effective stock rotation throughout the designated area.

Direct, coach, and oversee performance for Sales Representatives and Territory Sales Executives.

Establish measurable key performance indicators, perform periodic site inspections, and deliver hands-on mentoring to team members.

Enforce consistency and accountability in route-to-market execution and reporting processes.

Monitor competitive actions, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts, then deliver consistent market analyses and sales projections to leadership.

Deliver flawless implementation of trade promotions, product launches, and merchandising protocols to drive market performance and brand visibility.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a collaborative environment. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with a strong grasp of algorithms and data structures. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and experience with Agile methodologies are also required. The ideal applicant should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is required for consideration.

A minimum of five to eight years of sales experience in fast-moving consumer goods or consumer electronics is required.

Minimum three years of demonstrated success in regional or area sales management positions is required.

Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of market dynamics specific to the South East region.

Demonstrated success in overseeing distributor networks and leading field sales teams is essential.
