Position Summary

Territory Managers will cultivate and oversee strategic partnerships to drive Lumps’ business expansion within designated regions.

We seek a driven professional with proven expertise in renewable energy, microfinance banking, telecommunications, or FMCG markets, coupled with exceptional relationship management capabilities and a knack for cultivating mutually beneficial business opportunities with key stakeholders.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties that include managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with strategic objectives, while providing leadership to drive performance and innovation. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations to support informed decision-making. Foster a culture of accountability, professional development, and continuous improvement to enhance team effectiveness and achieve long-term success. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and ethical guidelines to uphold the organization’s reputation and operational integrity.

Spearhead field sales efforts and expand distribution channels for solar products across designated territories, with the objective of meeting revenue and customer acquisition goals.

Drive new customer acquisition by executing targeted field sales initiatives, fostering community involvement, and executing impactful market activation strategies.

Develop and nurture robust relationships with clients and essential stakeholders across designated territories to enhance product adoption and ensure long-term retention.

Execute consistent on-site visits, lead generation efforts, and direct sales outreach to cultivate new prospects and finalize sales transactions.

To enhance customer experience and drive sales, provide comprehensive guidance to clients regarding product features, advantages, usage methods, and available payment solutions.

Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and business growth strategies within assigned territories to enhance market share and strengthen brand recognition.

Conduct ongoing analysis of competitor actions, customer feedback, and market developments across designated territories, then deliver strategic insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.

Monitor and evaluate sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in comparison to established KPIs, ensuring precise and timely field report submissions.

Work collaboratively with internal teams—such as sales operations, customer service, and marketing—to guarantee seamless customer support and service delivery.

You will participate in scheduled sales meetings and training programs designed to enhance your product expertise, sales proficiency, and field execution.

Conduct on-site customer visits and perform acquisition validations to verify the accuracy of installations, product utilization, and the legitimacy of completed sales transactions.

Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational efficiency, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement across all business processes. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess performance against established benchmarks, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Report findings through clear, actionable insights to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and supporting data-driven strategies. Maintain accuracy and integrity of performance metrics while adhering to reporting timelines and organizational standards.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in a dedicated role. Proven expertise in solar photovoltaic systems and sustainable energy investment frameworks is required.

Demonstrates a solid history of cultivating high-impact collaborations that yield quantifiable improvements in business performance.

Outstanding abilities in communication, negotiation, and presentation are required.

Possesses robust analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with a strategic perspective.

Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Must be prepared to travel as needed to facilitate partner engagement and advance business development initiatives.
