About the Role

The Regional Sales Systems Manager – Africa will spearhead the development and execution of strategies, governance frameworks, and continuous improvements for sales systems throughout MSI’s Africa region, with a focus on empowering commercial expansion, enhancing performance tracking, and facilitating data-driven decision-making.

This position is accountable for the regional sales systems’ ecosystem, spearheading efforts to standardize processes, enhance scalability, and facilitate seamless integration across markets. It guarantees that systems, workflows, and data are consistently aligned with MSI’s commercial strategy while actively leveraging these elements to boost sales performance, elevate conversion rates, and optimize operational efficiency.

Serving as a pivotal regional leader, this position drives the adoption of best-in-class systems and disciplined sales processes among country programs, distributors, and cross-functional teams. The role is responsible for maintaining data accuracy at a threshold of over 95%, defining and monitoring KPIs, and ensuring real-time transparency of commercial performance throughout the region.

The Regional Sales Systems Manager is instrumental in defining the frameworks for measuring, overseeing, and enhancing commercial performance, with the primary objective of empowering sales teams and partners to achieve lasting growth.

This position demands a deep contextual grasp of Africa’s markets, encompassing the practical challenges of collaborating with distributors, field sales teams, and diverse digital ecosystems. Possesses a proven track record in aligning or deploying systems across diverse international markets or geographical areas.

A strong track record of engaging closely with sales personnel or executing sales responsibilities in a practical, on-the-ground capacity is essential.

Professional experience collaborating with distributors and commercial field teams is required.
