We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile HR professional to fill the position with Senior HR Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background alongside comprehensive HR experience, enabling them to design, analyze, and enhance HR processes throughout the entire employee journey.

You will assume a pivotal position in reinforcing HR frameworks, facilitating performance management, optimizing recruitment processes, and leveraging data to inform strategic people-related decisions. This role demands a strong sense of accountability, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to operate autonomously.

As a candidate, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, and familiarity with project management methodologies is highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to ensure effective collaboration and execution. Additionally, the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is necessary.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline is required.

A minimum of six to eight years of progressively responsible HR experience spanning various functional areas is required.

Possesses a comprehensive grasp of performance management, HR operations, and employee relations, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex workplace dynamics effectively.

Proven expertise in managing HR data, generating insightful reports, and utilizing Excel proficiently.

Possesses a strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR compliance regulations.

Candidates holding the CPM certification or membership demonstrate a distinct advantage in consideration for this role.

Seeking a candidate with strong analytical capabilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, along with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. The ideal applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and a proactive approach to learning and development. Experience in a similar role or industry is preferred, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict deadlines is required. Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset are also highly valued.
