As a candidate, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience in a similar role. Additionally, the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline is required.
A minimum of six to eight years of progressively responsible HR experience spanning various functional areas is required.
Possesses a comprehensive grasp of performance management, HR operations, and employee relations, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex workplace dynamics effectively.
Proven expertise in managing HR data, generating insightful reports, and utilizing Excel proficiently.
Possesses a strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR compliance regulations.
Candidates holding the CPM certification or membership demonstrate a distinct advantage in consideration for this role.
