We are looking for an experienced and versatile HR professional to fill the position with Senior HR Specialist. This individual will excel in HR operations while demonstrating strong analytical skills and process-oriented thinking to enhance human resources functions throughout the employee lifecycle.

In this position, you will be instrumental in fortifying HR frameworks, facilitating performance management initiatives, optimizing recruitment processes, and leveraging data to inform strategic people decisions. The role demands a strong sense of accountability, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to operate autonomously.

We seek applicants with a minimum of five years in a related field, along with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets with precision. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential to effectively convey insights and collaborate across teams. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required, and any advanced certifications will be viewed favorably. Experience in project management or leadership roles is strongly preferred to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline is required.

Seasoned HR professional with six to eight years of comprehensive experience spanning diverse functional areas within the organization.

Demonstrates a solid grasp of performance management, human resources operations, and employee relations.

Proficiency in managing HR data, generating reports, and utilizing Excel is essential.

Proficient in Nigerian labor legislation and HR regulatory frameworks.

Candidates holding the CPM certification or membership will receive preference.
