Oversee and execute a broad spectrum of critical duties, including the systematic planning, organization, and supervision of project activities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication, resolve operational challenges, and drive efficiency across departments. Monitor progress through performance metrics, implement corrective measures when necessary, and report outcomes to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation to uphold compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.

Responsible for directing and ensuring the optimal performance of Territory Managers and Senior Sales Executives within designated regions.

Craft and execute impactful sales strategies specifically designed for designated market territories.

Spearhead efforts to attain a monthly sales target of 400 million across the region.

Formulating and implementing strategic initiatives is essential to enhance market penetration, attract new customers, and drive revenue expansion.

Evaluate sales performance data and interpret results to uncover potential areas for enhancement.

Perform ongoing market assessments to maintain awareness of industry developments, competitor actions, and potential business prospects.

Demonstrate leadership, offer coaching, and facilitate performance management to assist Territory Managers and their teams in achieving their objectives.

Develop and nurture robust connections with critical stakeholders, esteemed clients, and trusted business partners to foster long-term collaborations.

Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align business objectives with sales initiatives.

Compile and deliver periodic reports detailing sales performance metrics, future projections, market trends, and operational activities.

To guarantee adherence to company policies, operational protocols, and applicable regulatory standards.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable discipline is required.

A minimum of five years of sales management experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked within the financial services sector.

Demonstrated success in leading, inspiring, and directing high-performing sales teams to achieve exceptional results.

Possesses exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging a data-driven methodology to inform and guide decision-making processes.

Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities are essential for this role.

Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Skilled in cultivating business growth and nurturing key stakeholder relationships.
