Responsibilities

Responsible for directing and supervising the performance of Territory Managers and Senior Sales Executives within designated regions.

Formulate and execute targeted sales strategies customized for designated market territories.

Orchestrate the attainment of a monthly sales target of 400 million across the region.

Our responsibilities include formulating and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing market penetration, attracting new customers, and driving revenue growth.

Monitor key sales performance indicators and evaluate outcomes to uncover potential areas for enhancement.

Perform ongoing market assessments to remain abreast of industry developments, competitive movements, and potential business prospects.

Offer strategic guidance, mentorship, and performance enhancement assistance to Territory Managers and their respective teams.

Establish and nurture enduring connections with pivotal stakeholders, clients, and business partners to foster collaboration and mutual growth.

Partner with the Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to synchronize business objectives with sales strategies, fostering cohesive execution across departments.

Craft and deliver consistent reports detailing sales performance, predictive forecasts, market intelligence, and operational activities.

Verify adherence to organizational policies, operational protocols, and applicable regulatory standards.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent discipline is required.

A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in sales management is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked within the financial services sector.

Demonstrated expertise in guiding, inspiring, and overseeing high-performing sales teams to achieve exceptional results.

Analytical strength and adept problem-solving capabilities are complemented by a data-driven methodology for making informed decisions.

Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate with confidence, and build strong interpersonal relationships is essential.

A strong command of CRM software applications and the Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Exceptional proficiency in business development and stakeholder management is required.

Thrives in high-velocity, goal-oriented settings while maintaining precision and adaptability to meet demanding deadlines and objectives.
