The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, polished, persuasive, and highly client-focused. They should be comfortable engaging senior executives, entrepreneurs, investors, professionals, and affluent families. The person should be able to sell beyond basic property features by presenting real estate as a credible investment, lifestyle, and legacy asset. The Real Estate Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and converting high-net-worth, emerging affluent, and upper affluent clients interested in purchasing residential properties, commercial properties, serviced plots, land banking opportunities, and other real estate investment products. The role requires strong relationship management, network, client advisory, market knowledge, sales discipline, and the ability to position real estate as a wealth creation, preservation, and diversification tool.
Job Details
Sales and Business Development
Identify and prospect potential clients within the HNI, upper affluent, and mass affluent segments.
Sell residential properties, commercial properties, serviced land, estates, and real estate investment products.
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through referrals, networking, events, cold outreach, partnerships, and existing client relationships.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue targets, and conversion goals.
Conduct property presentations, site inspections, client briefings, and investment discussions.
Follow up with prospects from initial interest through to payment, documentation, and closing.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with affluent clients, family offices, business owners, professionals, executives, and investors.
Understand each client’s investment objectives, risk appetite, liquidity position, lifestyle needs, and preferred property type.
Provide professional guidance on available real estate options based on client needs.
Maintain regular engagement with existing clients for repeat purchases, referrals, and portfolio expansion.
Deliver a premium client experience before, during, and after the transaction.
Real Estate Advisory and Product Positioning
Position properties and land opportunities as part of the client’s broader wealth-building or investment strategy.
Explain key features such as title status, location advantage, appreciation potential, rental yield, infrastructure, development timelines, payment plans, and resale opportunities.
Provide market insights on property trends, emerging locations, pricing, demand drivers, and investment risks.
Work with internal teams to prepare proposals, property brochures, investment summaries, and client presentations.
Sales Execution and Transaction Management
Guide clients through the full sales process, including inquiry, property selection, inspection, offer, negotiation, payment, documentation, and handover.
Coordinate with legal, documentation, finance, customer service, valuation, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction closure.
Ensure all client documentation, KYC requirements, payment records, allocation letters, contracts, deeds, and title documents are properly processed.
Track outstanding payments and support collections where applicable.
Resolve client concerns promptly and escalate complex issues when required.
Market Intelligence and Reporting
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, client preferences, and emerging real estate opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of prospects, sales activities, follow-ups, conversions, and lost deals.
Prepare periodic sales reports, pipeline updates, client feedback reports, and market intelligence summaries.
Requirements

Ability to work with sales targets and performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, wealth management, private banking, investment sales, luxury sales, or relationship management.
Experience selling to HNI, upper affluent, mass affluent, or corporate clients is strongly preferred.
Good knowledge of property sales, land acquisition, title documentation, and real estate investment principles.
