Professional registration with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) is mandatory for this position.
Membership within the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NILS) is strongly preferred.
Professional certifications in project management, construction management, procurement, or contract administration are highly advantageous.
Proficiency in housing development, real estate ventures, and social housing programs is highly desirable.
A minimum of five to ten years of hands-on professional experience in quantity surveying, cost management, and construction project administration is required.
