Oversee the implementation of quality management systems across all assets and projects, ensuring strict adherence to QMS compliance. Direct multidisciplinary inspection initiatives while verifying that fabrication, piping, and maintenance activities comply with rigorous international oilfield safety and technical standards.

Oversee a diverse range of critical tasks, including but not limited to managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with established policies, and spearheading strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth. Serve as a pivotal liaison between departments, fostering collaboration and maintaining seamless communication to achieve shared objectives. Lead and mentor teams to optimize performance, while consistently monitoring progress to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement robust processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and accountability across all functions.

Ensure strict adherence to Project Quality Plans as well as Inspection & Test Plans (Its).

Responsibilities include supervising welding processes, ensuring welder certifications are current, and managing non-destructive testing (NDT) or non-destructive evaluation (NDE) activities.

Review and authenticate Material Test Certificates (MTCs) and perform Positive Material Identification (PMI) to ensure asset integrity.

Draft Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), conduct comprehensive root cause analyses, and oversee the systematic closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (Caps).

Prepare, evaluate, and authorize quality documentation pertaining to procured products and services.

Conduct routine assessments of site, facility, and supplier operations to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
