MAIN FUNCTIONS

Ensures the Project Quality Plan is effectively implemented within the designated scope of work.

Deliver comprehensive instructional sessions tailored for essential personnel to enhance their proficiency and operational effectiveness.

Develop and implement comprehensive Surveillance Programs by creating detailed Surveillance Plans, followed by continuous monitoring and rigorous auditing to maintain compliance and operational effectiveness.

Report any quality concerns, current status updates, and relevant metrics to the project management team. Additionally, ensure that any insights or lessons learned from the company’s experiences are also communicated to them.

Oversee initiatives aimed at addressing quality discrepancies and enhancing quality-related processes to drive continuous improvement.

You may initially assume the responsibilities of either a Procurement Quality Coordinator (PQC) or a Site Quality Coordinator (SQC) until a permanent assignment is determined.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee a variety of critical tasks and responsibilities within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key operational functions, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate documentation. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions. Additionally, the role requires strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics, generate insightful reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional communication abilities to convey complex information clearly, interact with stakeholders at all levels, and foster a productive team environment. Proficiency in relevant software tools and a commitment to continuous professional development are essential for success in this position.

Foster a culture of quality excellence across all phases of the project to ensure adherence to established standards and continuous improvement.

To establish and maintain robust control processes within the subproject Project Team (PT), in alignment with the Project Plan and Project Quality Plan stipulations, thorough implementation and adherence are required.

Oversee the Contractor’s execution of their Quality program and ensure adherence to project requirements.

Review and endorse the Contractor’s Quality organization, while ensuring consistent oversight of the performance of critical Quality Assurance (QA) personnel.

Review the Contractor’s standard contract and purchase order to ensure alignment with quality requirements.

Perform a thorough review and grant final approval of the Contractor’s Quality Plan as well as the Inspection and Test Plans (Its).

Conduct regular evaluations of the Contractor’s operations to assess and track the execution of their Quality Management systems.

Engage in the thorough assessment and verification process for prospective Subcontractors and Suppliers to ensure they meet the established qualification criteria.

Ensure that the Contractor’s surveillance activities align appropriately with the Criticality Ratings assigned to each task or system.

Review the Contractor’s quality audit schedule, oversee the Contractor’s audit program, and take part in selected audits as scheduled.

In collaboration with the Procurement Quality Coordinator (PQC), develop and evaluate Quality Plans for critical equipment and material suppliers to ensure compliance with established standards.

The Contractor must deliver accurate and comprehensive reporting in accordance with the terms outlined in the agreement. All reporting must adhere to the specified quality standards and contractual obligations to ensure compliance and transparency.

Monitor and oversee the execution of Procurement and Construction Surveillance Programs within the PT framework to ensure adherence to established protocols and standards. Conduct periodic reviews and evaluations of program implementation to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement. Maintain detailed records of surveillance activities and promptly report any discrepancies or deviations to relevant stakeholders for corrective action.

Deliver comprehensive quality training sessions as necessary to support operational standards and enhance employee proficiency.

Develop and oversee the subproject Audit Schedule, perform on-site audits across subprojects, and provide support to the Quality Manager in executing project audits as required.

Analyze data collected from engineering, procurement, and construction sites to pinpoint issues and support their resolution.

Provide support in the identification and recruitment of suitable candidates for Statistical Quality Control positions and facilitate site-level selection processes for inspector roles.

Oversee the Procurement and Construction Surveillance Programs in the interim until the designated coordinator—specifically, the Procurement Quality Coordinator (PQC) or Site Quality Coordinator (SQC)—is officially appointed.

Review and contribute to the enhancement of the Quality section within site close-out reports as needed.

Provide guidance and updates to the Project Manager and Quality Manager regarding quality-related concerns, current status, and performance indicators.

Implement best practices and company lessons learned, while also identifying and disseminating new insights as needed.

Proven track record in overseeing project quality management systems, ensuring adherence to established standards and continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrated expertise in implementing quality assurance processes, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Skilled in identifying and mitigating risks, conducting audits, and driving process optimization to enhance overall project performance and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Professionals must possess a comprehensive background in evaluating quality management systems, demonstrating a deep understanding of established standards and compliance requirements.

Professionals with extensive global exposure to contractors and suppliers engaged in production facility projects are sought.

Preferred candidates will possess prior experience in client-facing roles within significant production facility projects.
