Oversee and execute a wide range of critical duties essential to the role, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards of quality in all deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and achieve shared objectives.
Evaluate patients’ health statuses and deliver suitable medical care and advice accordingly.
Monitor vital signs and execute standard clinical procedures such as measuring blood pressure, administering injections, and providing other fundamental treatments.
Administer medications and treatments precisely as directed by physicians, ensuring strict adherence to prescribed protocols and patient-specific care plans.
Ensure patient records and clinical documentation are consistently accurate, comprehensive, and current.
Deliver rapid response assistance in emergency situations and aid in the delivery of urgent care interventions promptly.
Provide support to physicians in the execution of consultations, medical procedures, and minor surgical interventions.
Consistently adhere to established clinical best practices, maintain rigorous safety protocols, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care at all times.
Applicants must meet the following qualifications to be considered for this role. A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience is required, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are also necessary for success in this position.
A valid and active professional license is required.
A minimum of two years of hands-on professional experience within a healthcare environment is required.
Holds a certified Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) qualification, duly registered with the relevant regulatory authority.
Professional experience within a pharmacy environment is highly advantageous.
