Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and fostering productive relationships to drive project success. Lead and mentor teams, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to cultivate a high-performing work environment. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, compliance, and continuous improvement across all departments. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed reports to assess progress, identify trends, and recommend data-driven solutions for sustained growth. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and ethical guidelines while mitigating risks and resolving operational challenges proactively.
Develop and execute Civic Education lessons in strict alignment with established curriculum standards.
Encourage students to embrace civic duties, instill core values, and foster a deeper understanding of national identity.
Evaluate students’ advancement and offer actionable feedback to support their development.
Tailor instructional approaches to accommodate a broad spectrum of learning preferences and requirements.
Facilitate students’ readiness for WAEC examinations and internal evaluations through structured guidance and academic support.
Provide effective classroom management and maintain disciplined learning environments.
We seek candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the industry. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are mandatory, while excellent communication abilities will be highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with compliance regulations and project management methodologies is required.
A bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Civic Education, or a closely related discipline is required.
A valid teaching certification in the applicable subject area or grade level may be required.
Exceptional interpersonal abilities and adeptness in managing classroom dynamics are essential.
Proven skill in inspiring and energizing students to participate actively and maintain enthusiasm for learning.
Holding a TRCN certification would be highly beneficial.
