This position collaborates with the commercial team to oversee project cost control, performance metrics, valuation processes, and subcontractor management for ongoing road construction projects.
The ideal candidate will handle quantity take-offs, perform site measurements, provide interim valuation support, track variations, assist with subcontractor payments, and prepare cost reports, all while reporting to the Senior Project Quantity Surveyor.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the industry. A degree in Quantity Surveying, specifically a B.Sc. or HND, is required for this position.
With a minimum of eight years of hands-on experience in quantity surveying within the realm of road or civil infrastructure projects, the ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering accurate cost assessments and financial management solutions in complex construction environments.
Proficiency in measurement, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, and valuation assistance is highly desirable.
Experience with verifying and authorizing subcontractor payments, as well as overseeing variation management processes, is required.
Possesses familiarity with cost reporting methodologies and principles of project commercial oversight to ensure accurate financial tracking and control throughout project lifecycles.
Proficient in analyzing engineering drawings to extract precise measurement data and specifications.
NILS registration or pending membership represents a significant advantage for applicants.
