Job Summary:

As a Field Sales Representative, your primary duties will include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing long-standing customer relationships, and spearheading revenue growth within a defined geographic area.

Oversee a range of critical duties, including managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to established protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, foster innovation, and achieve organizational objectives. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, address challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies while maintaining high levels of accountability. Develop and refine processes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource allocation. Serve as a liaison between leadership and staff, facilitating clear communication and alignment with strategic goals.

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Develop new business opportunities by actively engaging with potential clients through cold outreach, strategic networking, and a variety of prospecting methods.

Build enduring partnerships with current clients by fostering trust and consistently delivering exceptional service, thereby enhancing satisfaction and cultivating long-term loyalty.

Engage with customers and prospects through sales calls and presentations, showcasing the value and features of our products and services to effectively address their needs.

Sales forecasting and reporting are essential responsibilities, involving the preparation of precise forecasts and comprehensive reports for management, alongside regular updates on the sales pipeline and customer feedback.

To excel in this role, you will cultivate and sustain comprehensive expertise regarding our products and services, enabling you to articulate their value to customers with clarity and conviction.

Conduct ongoing research on competitor strategies, marketplace dynamics, and emerging industry trends to ensure a sustained competitive advantage.

Negotiate and finalize sales agreements to consistently achieve or surpass established sales objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates must possess strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data interpretation to drive informed decision-making. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or economics, is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders. Familiarity with industry-standard software, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools, is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving acumen, and a commitment to continuous learning in a fast-paced environment. Professional certifications in project management or data analytics are advantageous.

With a minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably acquired within a field sales environment, the ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in driving revenue and building client relationships.

Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with a strong ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.

Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for cultivating meaningful relationships with clients, team members, and leadership, enabling effective communication and collaboration.

Demonstrated capability to prioritize assignments, allocate time efficiently, and uphold a structured and organized workflow.

Acquires and retains a comprehensive understanding of products and services with efficiency and precision.

Technical skills include strong command of CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and various sales tools.

A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Marketing is required.

Working Conditions:

Frequent travel within a designated territory may be required, with the possibility of spending up to 80% of the time on the road.
